At Dune Rush Adventure Tours, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Please review your booking details carefully before confirming your reservation.

• Cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
• In cases of adverse weather or safety concerns, we may reschedule your activity or offer an alternative date.
• No-shows will forfeit the booking without any refund.
