1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment in advance but pay on arrival is also acceptable.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

2. Age and Eligibility

• Participants must meet minimum age and height requirements as specified for each activity.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

3. Safety and Conduct

• Safety gear must be worn at all times during activities.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and guides.

• Any reckless or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.

4. Health and Fitness

• Participants should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity.

• It is the participant’s responsibility to inform us of any health issues prior to the activity.

• Pregnant women are advised not to participate in any of the activities due to safety concerns.

5. Liability

• Dune Rush Adventure Tours and its staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during activities, except where due to negligence.

• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Dune Rush Adventure Tours from any claims arising from participation.

6. Equipment Use

• All rental equipment must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.

• Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or misuse may incur additional charges.

7. Weather Conditions

• Activities may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather or unsafe conditions.

• In such cases, alternative dates will be offered but refund is not possible.

8. Photography and Media

• Dune Rush Adventure Tours may capture photos and videos during activities for promotional purposes but with your consent.

• By participating, you consent to the use of your images or videos unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
